A man is in custody after a standoff with deputies in Daviess County Kentucky. It happened along Highway-144 in Philpot. It started just after four Wednesday evening. The Daviess County Sheriff's Office says Troy Burden called their office around 4:15 p.m. Wednesday making --what they call-- 'serious threats' to specific deputies. It led to a two hour standoff -- and things got heated.
